Project Overview
Clean credit prides itself on being Australia's leading credit repair service company to help Australians reach their financial goals, They aim to wipe their client's slate clean so they can achieve financial freedom and take control of their finances.
The previous process of Clean Credit required potential clients to make a call to the customer service team to provide information about their financial situation. This was a time-consuming and tedious process as the call was lengthy and the information was presented in a heavily worded document via email.
To simplify the process, I came up with the idea of a DIY pack. This allows customers to log into a web portal, where they can easily provide critical information, make payment, and be directed to a new DIY platform.

The result of streamlining Clean Credit's process was a more efficient and user-friendly way for customers to access the information they need to repair their credit score. The new DIY pack allows customers to log into a web portal, fill in critical information, make payments, and be taken to a DIY platform in three simple steps. The tailored information provided based on their financial circumstances also helped to personalize the experience. Overall, this lead to increased customer satisfaction and higher conversions for Clean Credit.
