Catch Connect is a telco company that sells phone plans through its website. Since the first day of operation over three years ago, they have had a steady growth in phone plan sales and have accumulated over 80,000 customers at this time.
The current dashboard was quite clunky, lacks visual hierarchy and its overall appearance is confusing to its users. Over the years, it has resulted in a lot of complaints to the call centre.
Catch Connect needed a way for customers to access information about phone services more efficiently. Catch's brief was to redesign & modernise the dashboard and have it available to our customers in a form of an app (available in both IOS & Android).
It was important to determine that all paths available to the user had a successful outcome, after the site map I proceeded to map out the user journeys and user flow, showing how the new app would be organised.
Before I dived into the details of the designs it was important to establish a foundation on which to base the designs on, this is where wireframes came into play. I presented my wireframe designs to all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the wireframes contained all essential elements on each screen.
